What Zispar is. Zispar is a print-on-demand fulfillment platform for independent jewelry sellers, in development and not yet taking orders as of September 29, 2026. A seller uploads their own artwork; Zispar validates it, cuts the piece to that exact silhouette in acrylic, prints it, and ships it. Sellers keep their own storefronts and customer relationships — Zispar is a supplier, not a marketplace. Pricing, plan limits, materials and timing are provisional until launch.

We validate the file, find the cut line, and tell you in plain English if something won’t work — before you list it, not after someone orders.

Approve the proof and publish.
You see the rendered piece before anything is cut, then publish the listing to your own storefront. Etsy is the first connection, and it’s the one we’re building now.

Your customer orders. We make it.
The order comes to us. Etsy doesn’t share your customer’s address with apps like ours, so you confirm it here, and that’s when your card is charged for fulfillment. We cut, print and ship the piece, then hand you the tracking to add on Etsy.

Fulfillment is charged per order, to the card you keep on file, once the order is ready for production — for an Etsy order, that’s when you confirm the shipping address. There’s no wallet, no balance to top up, and nothing held back: your customer pays you on your own storefront, and we charge you for what we make.

Where Zispar is right now

The software is built — uploads, validation, cut-file generation, proofs, orders, billing and support all work end to end. What’s left is the first marketplace integration, calibrating the machines against real cut and printed samples, and the ordinary business setup that goes with making things for other people.

We’re not taking orders yet, and we’d rather say so than take your email under a different impression. When we open, you go first.

Sizes, tolerances and file requirements — these come out of physical calibration, not out of a spreadsheet, and we won’t publish a number we haven’t cut.
Turnaround times — production time is ours to set, not yours, and we’re still working through workflow timing. Any number we gave you today would be invented.

Answers, not a support portal.

What is Zispar?: You upload your artwork and set up a listing on your own storefront. When your customer buys it, the order comes to us — on Etsy, you confirm their shipping address, because Etsy doesn’t pass it to us — and we cut, print and ship the piece straight to them. We’re a supplier to your shop, not a marketplace you sell on.
How is Zispar different from Printful or Printify?: They print your design onto a blank they already stock. We cut the piece to your artwork’s own outline, so the shape is yours too. They carry far more product categories and operate at far greater scale; we do one craft.
Can I use my own custom shape?: Yes — it’s the point. Upload your artwork and we work out the cut line, check the detail will survive being cut, and tell you plainly if it won’t — before you publish the listing, not after someone orders. A person on our side approves the artwork before anything is cut.
Do I need my own website?: No. Etsy is the first storefront connection we’re building, and more follow once it’s finished. You sell where you already sell.; Subject to change
Who is the seller of record — do my customers buy from Zispar?: No. We’re not a marketplace and not a party to your sale. Your customer buys from you, on your storefront, through your payment processor. We never hold your customer relationship.
When and how am I charged?: Per order, on the card you keep on file, once the order is ready for production — for an Etsy order, when you confirm the shipping address. No wallet, no pre-loaded balance. Order cancellation before production starts gets you all of it back, product and shipping. An Etsy order still without an address after three daily reminders is canceled on our side, uncharged, and we tell you to cancel it on Etsy.
What happens if a piece arrives damaged or wrong?: If it doesn’t match the proof you approved because of a production error, we replace the affected pieces and cover the shipping — no return needed. A photo completes the claim, and the window is 45 days from the ship date.
What materials and colors can I choose?: Acrylic — black, white, clear, and clear over a white underbase, which gives printed color something to sit on. Four at launch, and the range grows as the catalog does.; Subject to change
Which countries does Zispar serve?: The United States and Canada at launch, for sellers and their customers in both. We ship with carriers we choose rather than through one integrated service, so nothing ties us to a single country — but Canadian shipping rates are still being worked out, and we won’t publish them until they are.; Subject to change
Can I sign up yet?: Not yet — we’re finishing calibration before your customer receives a piece. Leave your email and you’ll be among the first in. Joining the list creates no account and costs nothing.

Who is behind this

I founded Zispar after being left high and dry as a seller when the prominent provider in this space closed without notice. I bring 40 years of customer service, finance, operations, and technical leadership to this project, as well as a lifelong passion for combining art and technology. This is why the answers on this page are specific and why you can find out what I’m doing before you commit anything to it.
